Q: What is your pet policy? We accept pets up to 75 lbs. with breed restrictions. 2 pet limit, $150 Fee/$300 Deposit.
Q: What are your pool hours? The pool hours are now from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Q: When is my rent due? Rent is due on the 1st of the month. The 2nd is considered late. If rent is still not received by the 4th late fees will incur, starting at $50.00 on the 4th and $10 each day after.
Q: Can I pay rent with a credit card, debit card or ACH transaction? Unfortunately, we are unable to accept these methods of payment at this time, but we are working on it for the future!.
Q: How do I submit my notice to vacate? Before moving out, you must submit an advance written 60 day notice to vacate to our representative. Your move-out notice will not release you from liability for the full term of the lease contract or renewal term. You will still be liable for the entire lease term if you move out early. Your move out notice must comply with each of the following:
We must receive the notice 60 days prior to your move out. Oral move-out notice must not terminate the lease contract sooner than the end of the lease term or renewal period. Please use our written move-out form. You must obtain from our representative written acknowledgement that we received your move-out notice.
Q: What do I need to remember when moving in? A Salt River Project Account number must be submitted to management on or prior to the move in date. The Lease Agreement must be signed by all lease holders on or prior to move in date. All monies must be paid on or prior to move in date. Renter's Insurance documentation is required.
Q: What do I need to remember when moving out? Move out inspections are done by appointment. You are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the apartment, including doors, windows, furniture, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, patios, balconies, garages, carports, and storage rooms. Carpets must be professionally cleaned. You must follow move-out cleaning instructions that have been provided to you at the time you submitted your notice to vacate. We also require that you give us and the U.S. Postal Service, in writing, each resident’s forwarding address.
